Chef Eric Cooper and team tune up for a pop-up dinner concert at Forage on Sunday, October 30th. The Cambridge restaurant welcomes Palaver Strings, a collaborative chamber orchestra, for a three-course dinner with auditory pairings. Each dish will match the live set list, with a focus on New England tastes and sounds, and optional wine pairings complete the trifecta.
