Home chefs can get out on the high seas with a two-day, seafood-focused cooking class at the Boston Center for Adult Education. The whole fish experience starts on Monday, August 10th on the open Atlantic with Captain Paul from Reel Pursuits leading the group in the art of the catch. Anglers can move from the fishing line to the kitchen line on Tuesday, August 11th when chef Mark Goldberg of the Grafton Group, which includes Grafton Street, Park, Russell House and Temple Bar, will share lessons on how to skin, bone, fillet and cook the daily catch. The class meets at the Charlestown Constitution Marina from 5:45-9:00pm on Monday and then at the BCAE from 6:00-9:00pm on Tuesday. Tickets are available for $135 each online here.
