Journeyman takes a casual turn in 2016 with the upcoming launch of a sibling restaurant in the Somerville space. Inspired by their casual dinner series in 2015, chefs Tse Wei LimDiana Kudajarova, and Tru Lang will renovate for the new a la carte concept. Wood-burning fireplaces will take the place of the stoves, bringing the kitchen back to basics for the dual restaurant menus served during the week. Monday through Wednesday will feature a more flexible lineup of small and large plates, while Thursday through Sunday will continue with Journeyman’s ticketed tasting menus.
