New England Aquarium’s Sustainable Seafood Series

Chef Jeffrey Fournier of Newton’s 51 Lincoln has teamed up with the New England Aquarium for the next Celebrate Seafood Dinner, a slightly different spin on the farm-to-table concept. This three-course meal, highlighting sustainable seafood like soft shell crabs, striped bass and scallops, will give guests a chance to get to know some local aquaculture specialists who are farm raising some of the area’s most environmentally responsible seafood. Sign on for the dinner, scheduled for Tuesday, August 24th and you’ll get a cooking demo from Fournier, an eco-friendly dinner and all sorts of aquaculture info from Tony Murawski of Ipswich Clam Farm and Rodman Taylor of Taylor Bay Scallops on Cape Cod.
