Charcuterie, shuck-ables and suds—make the trip to Canton on Saturday, October 29th for an afternoon of local specialties at the Trillium Taproom. Moody’s Delicatessen will provide the meats while Island Creek Oysters sets up the seafood. There’ll be a raw bar all day, from 11:00am to 5:00pm, and artisanal charcuterie plates, in addition to grilled Weisswurst, Barenwurst and Bratwurst, smoked pretzels with IPA cheese sauce and wood-fired roasted clams with tasso ham, confit tomato, fresh herbs and lardo.
