Swing through Saloon for a taste of the sea. Through Monday, September 5th, chef Shayne Nunes will be shucking local bivalves as part of Mollusk Madness. You can feast on the briny bites for $1 apiece from 5:00-7:00pm any day of the week. The bar teams gets in on the oyster offerings with a Mother of Pearl cocktail, made with Scotch, lemon, Combier, St. Germain and Averna, for $10 each.
