Miso-Making 101

Raise your miso-making IQ at Commonwealth’s upcoming culinary tutorial. On Sunday, March 26th, Sous Chef Nicco Muratore welcomes  Rich Shih of OurCookQuest for a delicious afternoon workshop that starts with the basic how-tos before moving on to the how-to-use portion of the class. Guests will learn how to make their own misi (which they’ll get to take home) and they’ll get schooled in some tasty applications (like herb compound butter or cheese spread, peanut butter, quick pickles and caramel sauce). There’ll be drinks and snacks inspired by the day’s lesson so reserve your ticket online (for $45) and plan on being at Commonwealth at 1:00pm to learn the ins and outs of miso.
