Cooking with Michael Schlow

See chef Michael Schlow at work – from close-up – at his upcoming Eataly cooking class. He’ll be at La Scuola, prepping a menu inspired by the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna on Wednesday, March 29th. Guests will get a first-hand look at the process as Schlow demonstrates dishes like shaved asparagus salad and Italian pork sausage with lentils. The chef, also of Alta Strada, Tico and Doretta Taverna, is currently in-residence at Eataly with Via Emilia (details here). Class goes from 6:00-7:30pm, including the final menu paired with wines and take-home recipe cards. Tickets are $150 each online here.
