Do you know the mushroom man? You can get a formal introduction at La Morra on Tuesday, July 25th. Head to the Brookline spot for a five-course tasting menu brought to you by chef Josh Ziskin and his friends Ben the Mushroom Man and Tyler the Mushroom Boy. Ben Maleson is a legend in the Boston restaurant scene; he’s been supplying chefs with locally-foraged fungi for three decades. At La Morra, his hard work will be featured in shroomtastic dishes like cremini caprese and mushroom meringues.
