Hudson’s own Medusa Brewing Company is hosting a 2nd anniversary party and local restaurants are joining in on the sudsy celebrations. On Saturday, March 4th, the Main Street beer-makers are hosting food trucks and musical acts to mark their big day. Neighbors New City Microcreamery will work the ales into two innovative ice cream flavors while Rail Trail Flatbread Company will have five Medusa offerings on tap and <> will pour up beer floats. New City Opens at 7:00am, Rail Trail at 11:00am and <> at 4:00pm to supplement the festivities. Head to Hudson to raise a glass (or ice cream spoon) to the craft brewers.
