BISq is putting a spin on the farm-to-table trend at their next pop-up brunch, scheduled for Sunday, May 28th. Chef de cuisine Alex Saenz will be sourcing all of the ingredients (well, as many as he can, anyway) for his market-to-table menu right from Union Square Farmer’s Market. The a la carte offerings are still in the works but you can certainly expect plenty of fresh local produce. Reservations for the pop-up (the fifth in the monthly series) are available between 10:30am and 3:00pm, and are strongly recommended. Call 617.714.3693 to secure your spot.
