Chef Jay Silva brings together the best of summer dining and drinking for his margarita dinner, featuring New England seafood with a Mexican twist, on Tuesday, July 21st. The menu for Margaritas y Mariscos Locales (that’s seafood for non-Spanish speakers) will showcase fresh ocean fare in traditional Mexican preparations (think: Maine shrimp and avocado guacamole and Island Creek Oysters ceviche). For pairing with the spicy plates, Bambara beverage manager Christopher Huarte will be pouring three chilly margaritas with tequila, mezcal and fresh produce.
