The ladies of LUPEC are getting into the holiday spirit in true LUPEC fashion with their Grand Tidings party on Monday, December 8th. Stoddard’s Fine Food & Ale hosts the shindig, which features period-instrument ensemble, Grand Harmonie, as well as classic cocktails made with goodies like Bols Genever, Fernet-Branca, Carpano Antica, and Punt e Mes. There’ll be a Christmas carol sing-along, a 19th century group dancing lesson and a best hat or hairdo/mustache contest for the ladies and the gents, respectively. Tickets are a mere $15 per person, which includes a glass of punch and snacks – quite a deal for two floors of fun. Additional drinks are available for $5 each. Tickets will be available at the door or grab one online here so you don’t have to wait outside in the cold. Doors ope at 7:00pm.
