Lobstravaganza at Viale

Lobster-loving patriots, plan a stop at Viale this Fourth of July to satisfy your crustacean-y cravings. Chef-owner Greg Reeves is rolling out a slew of a la carte specials for the holiday. Available in addition to the regular dinner menu,  the Lobstravaganza offerings include lobster sliders, lobster and corn pizza and a wood-grilled half lobster with jalapeno, fresh coriander and tomato butter. Spicy Lobster and Corn Pizza – scallions, micro basil, Calabrian peppers
