Would you like a can with that lamb? On Saturday, August 8th, Cambridge Brewing Company gets out the grills for a brews and ewes patio party with the American Lamb Board. For Lambs & Cans, CBC chef David Drew will give classic cookout staples a lamb-y twist while showcasing the sheepish meat’s versatility with dishes like lamb burgers on a brioche bun, lamb sausage on pretzel rolls and sour ale lamb kebabs. The brewery will also be providing pours from their portfolio of canned beers for $5 each. The event runs from 4:00-10:00pm and you can see the menu options below (available for $7 each).
