Take on Tempranillo with Beacon Hill Bistro on Monday, October 5th as their educational series of wine dinners returns. First on the fall docket? A tour of acclaimed Spanish wine region La Rioja led by wine director Cecilia Rait who, along with a representative from Francos-Españolas Winery, will guide guests through chef Lucas Sousa’s four-course dinner. The evening takes the form of a communal dinner, where Rait and co. will encourage conversation as they teach guests about each La Rioja wine pairing.
