La Dolce Vida, Part Due

Wayne Chinnock

Pastry chef Renae Connolly brings dessert back to the main table in the second installment of her La Dolce Vida tasting menu. On Tuesday, August 11th, Connolly will be serving five sweet courses in Café ArtScience’s private dining room, including inventive delights like the Stephen C Tiny Spoon with charred jalapeno, mezcal and pineapple, and her orange blossom lemon chiffon cake. (Take a peek at the menu below.) The prix fixe costs $45 per person and beverage pairings are available for an additional $25 per person with cocktails by bar manager Todd Maul and wine pairings by general manager and wine director Tom Mastricola. If you need a little savory before you sit down to sweet, chef Patrick Campbell is offering a two-course menu, for $32 per person, created exclusively for Dolce Vida attendees.
