Guest chef Mike Betts is taking Journeyman cross-continental with two evenings of fusion fare. Saturday, September 3rd and Sunday, September 4th, the Somerville restaurant is opening its kitchen to Betts for a five-course Japanese-leaning menu featuring late summer produce and local seafood. The prix fixe comes complete with drink pairings for $65 per person—see the menu below. Reservations for the dinner can be made online here or by calling the restaurant at 617.718.2333. (The visiting chef will also be handling the bites at backbar all weekend so pop in for a beverage alongside offerings like uni toasts, egg rice bowls and a New Jersey breakfast sandwich.)
