Chef Joanne Chang of Flour Bakery and Myers + Chang is making her way to The Wine ConneXtion for a Saturday tasting on April 29th. Chang will showcase her pastry skills with a kouign amann inspired by Flour’s famed sticky bun and the Andover wine shop will be pulling out a selection of pours for sampling alongside the bites from the sweets queen. The dessert incorporates caramel goo, whipped cream and pecans, and can be washed down with the highlighted wines.
