On Tuesday, October 6th, The Bancroft in Burlington is pouring and plating a special wine dinner with Thomas George Estates. President Jeremy Baker will be on hand to talk the small-production bottles, which come from the estate’s three distinct vineyards in Russian River Valley. Starting at 6:00pm, guests can enjoy a cocktail hour of passed hors d’oeuvres and sparkling rosé from the Sonoma winemakers. The Bancroft kitchen will have a four-course prix fixe to follow, with accompanying pours from the Thomas George portfolio (menu below).  The wine dinner costs $120 per person and reservations can be made by calling 781.221.2100.
