As if Toro didn’t already have enough talent in the kitchen, the South End standout is inviting chef Adam Greenberg of Chopped fame for a Tiki Industry Night on Thursday, June 1st. There won’t be any blue cheese lollipops on site when the Food Network champ serves up island style dishes like poké, jerk chicken and spam fried rice. Also in the house will be representatives from Grand Ten Distilling making tropical tiki cocktails from their gin and rum. The fun starts at 10:00pm for restaurant folks and night owls.
