Chef Ming Tsai gets sudsy for his next Blue Dragon beer dinner. He’s put together a four-course menu of dishes for pairing with beers from Boston’s Harpoon Brewery. On Monday, May 2nd, the restaurant welcomes warm weather with plates and pours, like the newest seasonal brew Camp Wannamango matched with fresh black sea bass ceviche. Highlighted beers include Leviathan IPA, UFO White and the Big Squeeze Shandy. See the full menu below, available for $50 per person.
