Guest Chef at Evoo

Catch up-and-comer Genevieve St. Germain in the kitchen at Evoo on Monday, March 20th. The guest chef, who’s currently enrolled at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, will be rolling out a three-course menu of foods from the bayou (shrimp remoulade, blackened catfish with dirty rice and banana bread pudding with pralines) available alongside chef Peter McCarthy’s regular dinner menu.
