Spring is (almost) in the air and the folks at En Boca can feel it too, so they’ve put together a wine dinner to celebrate the flavors of the upcoming season. On the evening of Thursday, March 2nd, chef Benjamin Lacy will showcase a four-course tasting menu alongside the wines of Gérard Bertrand. With estates located all over the South of France, Bertrand’s wines are known for delicate, floral pours that are shimmering with notes of spring.
