Winemaker Gregory Hecht of Hecht & Bannier makes the trip from the Languedoc to SOWA to educate diners and drinkers at Gaslight Brasserie. On Tuesday, October 18th, guests at the Harrison Ave outpost can opt for a two-course menu and its accompanying wine flight. Hecht will make the rounds in the dining room to share tasting notes on each of the three wines and chat about why they just so happen to work so well with the evening’s menu of classic French dishes. Start planning your meal below – there’ll be vegetarian versions for the non-meat-eaters. The prix fixe, which costs$55.00 per person, is available in addition to the regular menu throughout the evening. Call 617.422.0224 for your table.
