Franklin Café’s corned beef and cabbage is serious business. Chef Brian Reyelt’s dish has been featured on Food Network’s “Best Thing I Ever Ate” and, on Friday, March 17th, it will be featured on the Franklin’s menu for St. Patrick’s Day guests.
