The bigger the Burgundy, the better—Forage pays tribute to the famed French wine with a Baller Burgundy Dinner on Thursday, August 4th. The chefs have crafted two four-course menus for pairing with the robust pours. Omnivores can savor their sips alongside dishes like duck gumbo and crab salad while vegetarians can dine on veggie callalloo and crushed potato cabbage rolls.
