Go big or go home this Independence Day and celebrate at the Top of the Hub, where you’ll feel like you’re floating out among the fireworks. The restaurant, perched at the top of the Prudential Tower, is hosting its annual Sky High Fourth of July event, an evening of food, music, drink and, of course, fireworks. Start out with drinks and hors d’oeuvres before sitting down to a five-course menu specially crafted by chef Mark Porcaro. They’ll be piping in the Boston Pops concert and wrapping up the festivities with a bird’s eye view of the fireworks display right outside the floor-to-ceiling windows.
