Feast on Seven Fishes at The Blue Room

With a new chef at the helm and two trusted fish mongers by their side, the folks from The Blue Room are planning an elaborate, ocean-to-table Feast of the Seven Fishes. On Friday, December 9th, chef Robert Grant welcomes Steve Arnold, Captain of the Elizabeth Helen, and Chris Brown, Captain of The Proud Mary, to enjoy the fruits of their labor (literally) over a seven-fish family-style menu. The captains will be talking a little bit about their environmental efforts at Wild Rhody and Trace & Trust, two networks that help chefs, restaurateurs and consumers track the seafood on the menu – who caught it when, where and how.
