The folks at Sycamore pay tribute to their soil-tilling, land-working, seed-planting friends at Allandale and Drumlin Farms at their next monthly pop-up dinner, scheduled for Monday August 1st. In honor of the farms’ year-round contributions to the menu at their Newton restaurant, chefs Dave Punch and Lydia Reichert have designed a menu showcasing the cream of the crop . Cucumbers, beets, corn, beans, carrots, tomatoes, peaches, blackberries and just about any seasonal goody you can think of will all be making appearances on the second annual Farm Dinner menu (which you can see in all its seasonal, a la carte glory below). Book a table between 5:00 and 10:00pm to have your fill of the season’s bounty. Call Sycamore at 617.244.4445 for a reservation.
