The chefs from Sarma, Oleana and Sofra will expand your palate and strengthen your kitchen skills with courses on Middle Eastern meze, fall produce and pasta for all seasons. Chefs Ana Sortun and Maura Kilpatrick will collaborate on a Mediterranean Vegetarian Feast while chef Didem Hosgel gets you ready for chilly New England winds with Turkish street foods, celebrating spices like cumin and hot red pepper paste. Classes take place from 6:30-9:30pm at Sofra Bakery; dates and prices vary.
