Evoo Gets Cheesy

Couet Farm

EVOO celebrates farm-fresh cheeses with a dairy dinner in conjunction with Dudley, MA’s Couet Farm and Fromagerie. Chefs and cheesemakers have put their heads together for a four-course menu to be served on Thursday, September 29th at the Kendall Square restaurant. Each of Peter McCarthy‘s dishes features one of the farm’s cow or sheep’s milk cheeses, like the award-winning Franciszka. The cheese-filled offerings are available for $60 per person, or $85 per person with paired wines, at a 7:00pm seating. Reservations can be made by calling 617.661.3866.
