An Epic Night of Pig & Pinot

Head to Commonwealth on Monday, February 8th for an evening of oinks and oenophiles. Chef de cuisine Ellie Campbell will be serving up a variety of pork dishes for pairing with four Pinot Noirs. The wines will come from the West Coast, including pours from Oregon’s Willamette Valley and California’s Santa Maria Valley.
