Food truck/Somerville sandwich shop, Pennypacker’s is changing its stripes (just for the night) on Saturday, August 20th. Known for tasty mobile eats and award-winning porchetta sandwich, the Magoun Square spot is hosting a decadent sit-down dinner for just sixteen lucky (and hopefully, very hungry) souls. Reserve one of the seats to enjoy the eight-course menu curated by chef-owner Ryan McGuire but created by the whole team (that’s Heath, Laura, Trevor, Vince, Mike and Jasmine). The low key evening (the food will be dressed up but you don’t have to be) gets underway at 7:30pm and costs $100 per person, including all food and drink (of which there will be plenty).
