Chillingsworth hosts their Emeritus Wine Dinner this weekend; beat a path to Brewster on Saturday, August 8th to enjoy an evening with Sonoma Cutrer founder Brice Jones. The chardonnay and pinot noir authority, ex-fighter pilot, Harvard Business School graduate will be pouring wines from both Emeritus and Iron Horse. You can get the inside scoop on the evening’s offerings, which will include Iron Horse 2010 Ocean Reserve Blanc de Blancs, as well as selections like 2012 Iron Horse limited production Native Yeast Chardonnay (only a production of 250 cases) and some of Brice’s award-winning Emeritus selections including the William Wesley (single vineyard). Chef Robert Rabin will pair a multi-course menu full of his American-ingredients-meet-French-technique fare. Rabin and company at Chillingsworth will be donating a portion of the proceeds from the evening’s $135 price tag, to the National Geographic Ocean Initiative.
