Tim Maslow presents the ultimate mash-up with his collaborative Rabble-Rouser dinners on Monday, July 20th and Tuesday, July 21st. Texan chef Justin Holt will be traveling up from Dallas (where he’s executive sous chef at Lucia) to dish up Japanese and Italian flavors with Maslow. The Monday night tasting menu features six courses of the chefs’ innovative cuisine, plus optional beverage pairings from Ribelle’s Theresa Paopao. Seatings are available at 6:00pm and 8:30pm via Eventbrite for $85 per person. For Tuesday’s dinner, Maslow and Holt will showcase Japanese favorites, including the beloved ramen, on an a la carte menu available from 6:00-10:00pm for reservations or walk-ins.
