It’s all Greek everything at Doretta Taverna’s first-ever wine dinner. On Monday, April 11th chef Michael Schlow and the team at his new Park Square eatery will welcome winemaker Thrass Giantsidis of Greece’s Ktima Gerovassiliou winery for Mediterranean food and drink. The kitchen will be plating a special five-course prix fixe of signature Doretta cuisine for pairing with the indigenous and international vintages. The whole menu (with wines) costs $125 per person.
