Davio’s Does Tequila

Italy meets agave when Davio’s presents their Grand Mayan tequila dinner. Chef Eric Swartz has prepared a four-course pairing menu for the occasion on Tuesday, June 28th. Grand Mayan owner Carlos Monsalve will make an appearance with pours of his Ultra Aged and 3D Silver tequilas and Champy’s Jenny Johnson will give the night a bubbly beginning with glasses of her Brut. The menu includes plates like lemon ricotta ravioli and flat iron steak—the 6:00pm prix fixe, below, is available for $65 per person online here.
