Wine-lovers are invited to Davio’s for sips of some of California’s finest on Wednesday, September 21st. George Staikos of Ramey Wine Cellars will be at the Back Bay restaurant for the evening’s five-course food and wine pairing. The menu from chef Eric Swartz showcases late-summer, early-autumn plates, like fresh Maine lobster, crabmeat ravioli and Hudson Valley duck.
