Get to (delicious) work with a pasta class by Coppa’s Ken Oringer. The chef will demo his homemade noodle technique on Sunday, March 19th before giving you a go at the dough. Class goes from 4:00 to 6:00pm at Coppa, leaving time for you to enjoy your efforts with a seated pasta dinner (including a glass of wine). Tickets are $125 each online here while they last.
