California Vines, Italian Wines at Coppa

Italian-inspired but made in the USA—that’s the focus of Coppa’s next wine dinner on Monday, February 27th. A three-course menu (mackerel crudo, ricotta cappelletti and roasted pork belly) teams up with three pours from Olmstead Winery. Each of the selected wines comes from California but uses varietals or methods from Italy­—a great match for Coppa’s culinary mission.
