Chef Jody Adams shares her culinary prowess with her annual cooking class at Rialto on Sunday, July 12th. Culinary enthusiasts will be treated to coffee and scones at their 11:00am arrival, followed by a two-hour education on putting together a Ligurian summer feast. Adams will be joined by pastry chef Jonathan Posiko to walk guests through the meal prep and take-home recipes will be provided for attendees to recreate at home. The class culminates with a four-course lunch with wine until 2:00pm. Tickets are $175 each and going quickly—they can be purchased online here.
