Cooking with the Regatta of Cotuit

Chef-owner Weldon Fizell adds two more Saturday afternoon cooking classes to the late fall roster at Regatta of Cotuit. Reserve a seat in either of the upcoming tutorials – they go quickly so secure your spot before making the trip to the Cape – and you can get the whole rundown on bread baking (both sweet and savory) on December 13th or the whole scoop on sauces (from lemon butter to cranberry demi-glace) on December 20th. Classes run from 11:00am until 1:00pm and cost $75 per person. Fizell has room for just eight people in each, which means you’ll get plenty of personal instruction, but you should probably make reservations asap.
