Cooking with the Regatta of Cotuit

Hit the road and head for the Cape this weekend for Weldon Fizell’s first cooking class of the season at Regatta of Cotuit. If you’ve been drooling over the pictures in his portfolio, here’s your chance to see how he does it – on Saturday, November 8th starting at 11:00am, Fizell will be tutoring students on the ins and outs of risotto. He starts out with the basics and then takes it up a notch with dishes like risotto cakes with lobster and chive; and butternut squash risotto strudels. For dessert he’ll be demonstrating a sweet risotto rice pudding. Class, which costs $50 per person, is limited to only eight pupils so reserve your spot asap by calling 508.428.5715.
