Cook with The Blue Room at the BCAE

You won’t find chef Jorge Lopes in the kitchen at The Blue Room on Monday, November 8th but you can still enjoy his one-of-a-kind cuisine. Save a front row seat at the Boston Center for Adult Education‘s Sip & Simmer tutorial and you’ll learn to make three classic Blue Room dishes and pair them appropriately. Lopes, working with co-owner Liz Vilardi, will be putting together, prepping and plating a late fall menu that you’ll be able to try at home. Class runs from 6:00-9:00pm and costs $60 per person ($50 for BCAE members) plus a $15 materials fee. Get all the details and sign up online through the BCAE’s website.
