Cocktail Fun at Forage

The folks at Forage welcome their friends from Mad River Distillers over for a mid-week cocktail party on Thursday, September 8th. Plan on getting to Craigie Circle by 7:30pm to sample spirits from the Green Mountain State (that’s Vermont, just FYI). In keeping with the culinary philosophy at Forage, barman Joe Choiniere will be whipping up bevvies using all local and foraged produce (and three of the aforementioned Mad River spirits – Rye, Malvados and Bourbon). For his part, chef Eric Cooper has created small plates to accompany each of the cocktails. Have a look at the pairings below – it can all be yours for $39. Seats are limited so call 617.576.5444 asap before they get scooped up.
