EVOO teams up with the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts for a guest chef appearance on Monday, December 5th. Chef Peter McCarthy and team will open their kitchen to culinary student Mike Redwood for an original three-course menu. Redwood will serve up Italian-inspired plates, like grilled romaine with Parmigiano and osso bucco with risotto, available a la carte in addition to the regular EVOO dinner menu.
