Chef Louis DiBiccari and the Tavern Road team will help you do just that at their upcoming crash course in Chilean cuisine, scheduled for Wednesday, June 7th. Sign on for the midweek tutorial to learn the ins and outs of classic stews and street food from the South American country. In addition to instruction from the chef himself, each class includes printed recipes, food and a cocktail demo, to boot.
