An Encore for Chez Henri

Chez Henri gets a second stint in Cambridge with a one-night-only pop-up. Sister restaurants Parsnip and Night Market welcome chef-owner Paul O’Connell of the late great culinary institution for a multi-course dinner on Thursday, July 28th. O’Connell will reunite with Chez Henri alumni Jason Tom, Mark Thompson, John Hendron and Rembs Layman at the Parsnip pop-up, serving a menu of favorites from the French-Cuban spot. Guests can expect empanadas, guava-glazed ribs and, of course, the Cuban sandwich. An a la carte bar will offer Cuban-inspired cocktails to complete the meal. Seatings are available at 5:30, 6:00, 7:30 and 8:00pm for $48 each, online here. 25% of proceeds will benefit O’Connell’s NECAT, a culinary arts training program that provides opportunity to resource-poor and at-risk adults and young adults.
