As if Valentine’s Day weren’t already the cheesiest holiday, chef Greg Reeves makes it official, kicking off the romantical three day weekend with a special tasting at Viale. On Thursday, February 11th, Elizabeth Stern from Vineyard Road Wines and Viale’s own Mark Young will be hosting a tasting and discussion of Italian wines as they pair them with New England-made cheeses. The fun starts at 6:00pm and costs $25 per person, though folks who stick around for dinner afterwards will enjoy a ten percent discount on any foodstuffs they enjoy.
